Refund policy

30-day returns and exchanges

If something is not right, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with any tags still attached, and in the condition you received them.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange, and we will send you return instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer it may take a further 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it in full.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Items that cannot be returned

Gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
